1.  What made you write this book “Mental Detox” and what do you hope readers get from it?

My healing journey was the motivation to writing MENTAL DETOX.
I applied certain principles to my life that healed my pain pockets and added to the magnetic pockets I already obtained. Because of the peace I was able to acquire, I had to share those principles with the world.

2.  What steps or lessons led you to the information you discuss in this book? 
The steps and lessons that led me to the information in my book are GOD, life experiences, meditation, and mentors such as Oprah, Iyanla Vanzant, Bishop T.D. Jakes, and Marriane Williamson. 

3.  What sparked your passion to get into life coaching? And what have you learned most working with different clients? 

The desire to help others grow personally and professionally and reach pass their potential sparked my passion to get into Life Coaching. What I've learned most from working with different clients is gratitude!
I learned to be grateful for what I do have and not what I don't. I learned how blessed I am and how to shift other's perspectives to see how blessed they are as well. 

4.  What’s your morning routine like? How does it set you up to win throughout the day?
My morning routine is affirmations, meditation, then a youtube video on God's word or Law of Attraction.
It sets my mind on the right path and sets my daily momentum to think positive, talk positive, and act like I know how BIG God is!!! 

5.  How do you keep yourself accountable and true to Mental Detox?
Self-work and accountability is a daily job. My daily routine and work keep me true to Mental Detox. 

6.  What is the best advice you have ever received on happiness?
Do what makes YOU happy and YOU will be happy. 


7.  What was your writing process like for this book?

I had writer's block for months. I prayed on it and asked God to give me the words and message he'd have me speak to the readers. After praying I wrote and edited Mental Detox in 30 days.

8.  Who has been an important mentor in your life, and what did they teach you about success and happiness? 
God, my parents, and grandparents. They poured unconditional love into me and that's the best mentoring you can ever receive; LOVE! 

9.  What’s the best book you have read in 2018?
MENTAL DETOX DUH!! 

10.  What is your best advice for getting through writer’s block?
PRAYER!!
 
11.  Do you plan to write more books in the future?
Absolutely! I have a couple written I haven't released yet.
