1. How did the #GreatnessChallenge on Instagram originate?
I wanted to engage my Instagram audience and get them to focus on their dreams and what is holding them back from making those dreams come true.
2. What did your writing process for your book, School of Greatness, look like?
Years of research, practice, training, and finally execution.
3. Will this book develop a curriculum or a learning plan for education systems to implement?
We created an online education program for adults at schoolofgreatness.com/soga and the book is for everyone as well as the podcast.
4. What is one of the biggest business mistakes you have had and what did you learn from that experience?
Not staying focused! When you are not focused on your vision, everything else suffers.
5. What are some tips you have for people hoping to become high performers that did not grow up in athletics or a competitive environment?
Develop habits that support your vision, surround yourself with high performers, take risks, and challenge yourself!
